13 months using imani ibox, never had a problem with the motor. I really love the hospital grade pump feauture of it, suction is strong but not painful. Been able to survive my 13 months pumping journey because imani ibox is a reliable pump. Also, customer service is very responsive.

Sterilize the way you want
Plus, the crystal-clear cup is made of Polyamide (PA), which is more heat-resistant, more durable, stronger, and clearer than essten, tritan and PP, designed to sterilize the cup the way you want via steam, UV, or dish dryer.

To determine the correct size, measure the diameter of your nipple (not including areola) and add 3-4 in millimeters.
- Example: 20mm + 3mm = 24mm (This is your size).
- If you are between sizes, choose the bigger funnel.
*If you require a smaller size, you may add on an insert (available in 17mm, 19mm, 21mm) to your order.
Caring for your imani pump motor
- Keep your pump motor dry and clean.
- Separate the motor from the cup when your pumping session is over.
- Only use imani charging cable
Caring for your imani hands-free cup
- Disassemble the cup and wash all parts with warm, soapy water (except motor)
- Sterilize the cup and connector the way you want via steam, UV, microwave, or dish dryer
- Air dry completely before assembly
- Parts like the valve, and protector must be replaced every 2-3 months and cup must be replaced every 4-6 months

The warranty for the pump motor starts from the date of purchase: iBox (2 years) and i2 Plus (1 year) and registered under the name of the original retail purchaser.
The imani breast pumps are single-user pumps. As a result, only the original user is covered under the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable, non-negotiable, or non-assignable to a third party.
