Here are the simple instructions for picking up orders.

Please wait for our email confirmation saying the order is ready, before arranging any pick-up coordination. Once you have received an e-mail, please take note of pickup schedule and pin.

Step 1: Pickup Schedule: Mondays-Saturdays (except holidays) from 1pm to 5pm

Step 2: Pickup PIN: Sartelara CGT Warehouse, 9186 Balagtas Street, Makati 1212, Metro Manila (Google Maps Link / Waze Link)

Step 3: Make sure your rider has all your order numbers and full name (same name as how it appears in your order details). If you have multiple order numbers, please ensure that you have received a ready-for-pickup notification for all of them.

Step 4: Upon receiving your orders, please check your items IMMEDIATELY if they are complete. Report and email any issues to customercare@imani.ph
