We hope that you’re enjoying your recently purchased imani product.

If you have been gifted with an imani pump, please register within 28 days from the date of purchase, otherwise, the warranty will be permanently registered under the name of the purchaser. Only the warranty owner can avail of warranty claims. To register, please tap this link: [REGISTER]

All imani products are for personal use. Do not use it for any purpose other than its medical purpose.

WARRANTY

  • imani breast pump motors are covered with a local warranty from the date of purchase and registered under the name of the original retail purchaser. The serial number located in the box and the breast pump motor serve as your warranty identification number. All other parts such as Collection Bottle, Breast Shield, Protector, Connector, and Valve are subject to wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.
    • i1 Plus with booster mode : 2-year warranty
    • i1/i1 Plus/i2/i2 Plus : 1-year warranty
  • Only the original retail purchaser is covered under the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable, non-negotiable, or nonassignable to a third party. Second-owned pumps can be accommodated for repair with corresponding fees (see fees below).
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
    • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents in whatever manner caused
    • Improper storage
    • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modification of the product or components
    • Failure to comply with the operating instructions supplied with the product
    • Normal wear and tear, and
    • Overflowing of liquid (water/milk entry) into the main pump
    • Product defects by using the parts manufactured by other companies.
  • imani Philippines reserves the right not to repair any pumps that do not match the condition stated or purchased from retailers not listed on imani Philippines’ website. Breast pumps bought outside the Philippines, and those purchased from unauthorized resellers will not be repaired.

MAINTENANCE, TROUBLESHOOTING, AND REPAIR

  • For warranty claims or repairs, contact imani Philippines’ Facebook or Instagram for initial troubleshooting.
    • Provide the serial number of the breast pump that requires maintenance.
    • Provide the nature of the problem.
    • Once approved for maintenance or repair, we will issue a ticket number and address to send the pump motor to. You can send the item via regular courier or drop it off at said address.
    • Label your pump motor with the following information: ticket number, name, contact number, and delivery address.
  • For repairs outside the warranty period and claimed by the original retail purchaser, P700 will be charged for each part replaced. A service fee of PHP 1000/motor is charged for the repair of second-owned motors. Additional charges of P700/part will be charged for parts replaced. A maximum of 4 parts are to be replaced.
  • Consumable parts such as Collection Bottle, Breast Shield, Protector, Connector, and Valve are subject to wear and tear. It is recommended it be replaced every 3 months or when needed.
