Warranty Registration:

  • If your Imani pump was a gift, please register within 28 days from date of purchase to transfer the warranty under your name. Otherwise, the warranty remains with the purchaser. Register here: [REGISTER]
  • If you are the purchaser, you do not need to register since we have your data in our records.

All imani products are for personal use only.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

  • Pump motors are covered with a local warranty from the purchase date and registered under the name of the original retail purchaser. 
    • i1 Plus, iBox : 2 years
    • i2 Plus, i2 Plus (inside the iBox): 1 year
  • Wear-and-tear parts like bottles, breast shields, protectors, connectors, and valves are not covered.
  • Only the original retail purchaser is covered under the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable, non-negotiable, or nonassignable to a third party. 
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
    • Misuse, negligence, or accidents
    • Improper storage or unauthorized modifications
    • Failure to comply with the operating instructions supplied with the product
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Liquid overflow into the motor
    • Use of non-imani parts
    • Pumps purchased from unauthorized resellers or outside the Philippines are not eligible for repair

MAINTENANCE, TROUBLESHOOTING, AND REPAIR

  • For warranty claims or repairs, contact imani Philippines’ Facebook or Instagram for initial troubleshooting.
    • Provide the serial number of the breast pump that requires maintenance.
    • Provide the nature of the problem.
    • Once approved for maintenance or repair, we will issue a ticket number and address to send the pump motor to. You can send the item via regular courier or drop it off at said address.
    • Label your pump motor with the following information: ticket number, name, contact number, and delivery address.
  • For second-hand pumps, repairs cost PHP 1000 (plus PHP 700 per part). Out-of-warranty repairs cost PHP 700 per part.
  • We recommend replacing consumable parts such as bottles, breast shields, protectors, connectors, and valves every 3 months or as needed
