imani Warranty Policy
At imani, we’re committed to supporting you throughout your pumping journey. All imani pumps come with a warranty covering factory defects and manufacturing issues, starting from the date of purchase. This policy applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
- i1 Plus, iBox, i2 PRO (all models) – 2 years
- i2 Plus (and those as part of iBox set)- 1 year
Note: Hands-free cups, breast shields, valves, and other consumable parts are not covered under warranty as these are subject to wear and tear. For hygiene and safety reasons, consumable parts are expected to be replaced every 2–3 months depending on usage.
Warranty Registration
- If your imani pump was a gift, please register it within 28 days from the date of purchase to transfer the warranty under your name. Otherwise, the warranty will remain under the name of the original purchaser. Click here to Register your Pump.
- If you are the purchaser and bought directly from imani.ph, ShopeeMall, LazMall, or TikTok Shop, there’s no need to register — your warranty is already recorded in our system.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, dropping, or liquid spills.
- Wear and tear on consumable parts (cups, valves, inserts, connectors, silicone parts).
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering.
- Use of non-imani accessories or third-party chargers.
MAINTENANCE, TROUBLESHOOTING, AND REPAIR
- For warranty claims or repairs, please contact imani Philippines via Facebook or Instagram for initial troubleshooting.
- Provide the serial number of the breast pump that requires maintenance.
- Clearly describe the nature of the issue.
- Once approved for maintenance or repair, we will issue a ticket number and provide the address where the pump motor should be sent. You may ship the item via any regular courier or drop it off at the provided address.
- Label the pump motor with the following information: ticket number, full name, contact number, and return delivery address.
REPAIR FEES
For out-of-warranty cases (including second-hand units), repairs cost ₱1,000 per part (up to 4 parts), plus a ₱1,000 service fee per motor — for a maximum of ₱5,000 if all parts require replacement.
We recommend replacing consumable parts—such as bottles, breast shields, protectors, connectors, and valves—every 3 months or as needed.
